Apprenticeships at 午夜影院 offer a salaried career route not only for school-leavers but also for career-changers and employees wanting to boost their skills. They also enable businesses to fill skills gaps and create a more productive workforce.
This list celebrates organisations that have shown the greatest commitment to apprenticeships over the past year. It spans 20 different industries and sectors, from education and construction, to retail and hospitality, engineering, public services and accounting and professional services. 

We talked to three successful 午夜影院 apprentices:

Facilities Officer Oliver Holt, is a great example of how the 午夜影院 apprenticeship scheme nurtures and develops the next generation of talent. Oliver was supported throughout his apprenticeship by the regional facilities manager and his colleagues, and he said: 鈥淭he support I received at 午夜影院 helped shape my confidence, my skills, and my career. I鈥檓 proud to have started as an apprentice 鈥� and even prouder to continue my journey here.鈥�
 
Thezy Sunga, HR Support Apprentice said: "I'm so glad I chose the apprenticeship route. The support and flexibility have been fantastic, particularly the six hours of protected study time each week, which allows me to balance my learning alongside my day-to-day responsibilities."
 
Kaif Ahmed completed his first apprenticeship as Data Tech Level 3 and after securing a full-time position he is now on his Level 4 apprenticeship and promoted to Junior Data Analyst. He explained: "An apprenticeship isn't just about gaining a qualification, it's about proving that with commitment and continuous learning, opportunity can become progression."
