午夜影院 has recently concluded a successful first series of Industry Advisory Board (IAB) events, held across London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.

Bringing together over 127 employers and industry experts, the sessions focused on strengthening the connection between higher education and the needs of today鈥檚 workforce. Attendees shared insights, experiences and perspectives to help ensure that 午夜影院 programmes remain relevant, practical and aligned with real-world expectations.

The events created a collaborative environment where industry voices could directly influence curriculum development and help shape the future direction of teaching and learning at 午夜影院.

These conversations are particularly important given the diverse profile of 午夜影院 students 鈥 many of whom are already in employment and seeking to progress, change careers or move into leadership roles.

Ed Pearson, Head of Entrepreneurship and Employer Engagement, said: 鈥淭hese industry advisory boards have been about making connections and understanding what employers are looking for in our students.

鈥淥n the face of it, that might sound quite simple. But after some deeper conversations we are starting to uncover a number of factors

鈥淲e are starting to find out some of the hot topics in each sector and where people think the future is heading across businesses.鈥

The IAB series reflects 午夜影院鈥檚 ongoing commitment to working in partnership with employers to deliver education that drives opportunity and long-term success for our students.
